I have been working for sometime on finishing up a couple of small quilts that are now in the pattern production phase. The photography is complete and the typesetter is now working his magic on making them look their best on the pattern front. They will be ready for sale in a couple of weeks. Here are a detail photos for a sneak peak of what is coming.

Autumn Fair is made from bits and pieces of 19th Century fabric that I have collected over the years. Those familiar with my Old Voices, New Impressions book will recognize a similar style to the applique and piecing in this 31″ x 31″ quilt.

Little Bird was inspired by a trip to the quilt shop. I went there looking for pastel fabrics and was beguiled by a couple of bold red and green prints. I came home with yards of those two fabrics and no pastels. Before long, the gossiping birds began to take shape in my mind as I continued to think about the possibilities in those two fabrics. It is a fun, easy, and somewhat whimsical kind of quilt.
Spring Quilt Market is being held in Salt Lake City (about a two hour drive from here) in early May this year and I will be there with my new quilts. If you are attending come and see us and the new quilts. If not keep checking back, we will post the patterns here as soon as they are ready.
